Bio:
Ela is a graduate of psychology and sociology at Jagiellonian University in Kraków. She also completed the School of Business Trainers of Elżbieta Soltys and The School of Coaching “The Art & Science of Coaching” led by Erickson College for the Jagiellonian University, as well as ACTIVacting Employability Through Creativity training by Citizens of Europe.
She is a business trainer and ICF coach (ACC level) and a certified Gestalt psychotherapist.
Since 2008 she conducts personal development training and supports employees, managers, and whole teams through facilitation, conflict solving, and coaching.
She specializes in the development of training and leadership skills. She conducted over 12 000 hours of training and 500 hours of coaching.
She is passionate about improving interpersonal communication and she runs an expert blog on the topic (www.jaksiedogadac.pl). At work, she values authenticity and a partnership approach. She always cares about making her sessions maximally practical.
