Psychologist, Business trainer, Conflict management and Diversity & Inclusion specialist, consultant
Natalia is a trained psychologist (Jagiellonian University in Kraków and KU Leuven in Belgium; MA dissertation in cultural psychology), business trainer and psychotherapist (completed a four-year postgraduate course in Centre for Psychotherapy and Systemic Training). She has extensive experience in leading group processes.
Graduate from the Train the Trainer workshops with Kay Rung (trainer, consultant, mediator and student of Marshal Rosenberg, founder of the Center for Nonviolent Communication).
She specialises in training courses focused around building dialogue, in particular conflict management, assertiveness and communication.
She uses her extensive clinical knowledge by devising professional training courses in stress management and emotional intelligence.
She has participated in trainings and projects for companies including BNP Paribas, State Street, Shell, Capita and IG. She supports individual clients, pairs and groups, delivering therapy sessions as well as training courses and workshops. She works fluently in English.
She is constantly expanding her experience by participating in conferences and advanced courses.
